Shearer’s Potato Chips, manufactured by Shearer’s Foods, Inc., in Brewster, Ohio, have been named “Best Afternoon Snack” by Northern Ohio Live magazine.
Announced in their October 2006 issue, winners for The Best of Northern Ohio 2006 were selected by the magazine’s editors and include their top choices for great retail, entertainment and more. “Shearer’s is thrilled to have our award-winning potato chips included in this impressive list of Cleveland’s top products and destinations,” said Bob Shearer, Chief Executive Officer.
The editors gave further recognition to Shearer’s by noting, “And they’re not just barbecue and plain—check out the buffalo wing bleu cheese or gourmet mustard style” potato chips.
