Bill comes to Shearer’s with a distinguished professional background that includes senior level leadership responsibilities in sales, marketing and operations. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Manufacturing Operations for Smith Dairy, where he started sixteen years ago as Vice President of Marketing. Prior to that, he held a variety of marketing positions with such well-known consumer brands as Thermos, Genie and Rubbermaid. He holds a degree in Manufacturing Technology from the University of Wisconsin.

Bill is no stranger to the Shearer’s organization, having served as an advisory board member for many years.
