Brewster, Ohio:  Shearer’s Foods has been honored with the NorthCoast 99 Award for the thirteenth consecutive year as a top employer in Northeast Ohio.  Several years ago, Shearer’s was honored with the first Legacy Award.  Previously, the company has won numerous category awards including Community Service, Safety and Health, Training and Development, and Recruitment and Selection, as well as the first Diamond Award. Shearer’s is the only company to win the NorthCoast 99 Award all thirteen years of its existence!
